"The setting was top notch, as we booked the Sugar Shack. This cabin is more remote than other options, and gave us the ability to have complete privacy during our stay. The cabins are beautifully redone, and the breakfast Bob prepared for us was AMAZING. This was the perfect way to celebrate my 30th birthday!"

The property is beautiful, the cottages and main house were comfortable, and Louise was an attentive host who made us feel welcome and was always available to help with anything we needed. And the property is perfectly situated a short drive to Auburn/Opelika and Lake Martin."

"We had a lovely weekend at the Sugar Shack at Shoofly Farm. We came for the Ole Miss Auburn Game. Louise drove us to the game and picked us up. It was a very nice service so that we didn’t have to drive into town and find parking. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Sugar Shack is away from the main house but we enjoyed the short 5 minute walk. Louise and family couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. If you need anything, they are happy to help."
